Technical Department

The department is made up of a specialized team of qualified technicians ready to intervene in an effective resolution of any problems that may arise with your equipment. It has a workshop equipped with measuring and analysis equipment and more than 4,000 repair parts in stock.

Use the questionnaire to help you question the customer/dealer about what you should know when something is wrong with the welding equipment or you need to know about technical issues and submit it.

Technical Assistance Service

If you need your equipment to come to SAT, you need to fill in the form below. You can send it directly via the website or print it out and attach it to the Transport Guide that comes with the equipment (or do both).

If you wish to make a claim under the warranty for repairs or replacements, please verify that the warranty is still valid and that you have the corresponding invoice showing the date of purchase. For equipment, the invoice must include the serial number.
