• The Maxi-Mesa is suitable for heavier welding and grinding. The machine extracts fumes backward and downward;

• It can be used in a variety of applications.

• Standard equipment includes damper control, which makes it possible to adjust the width of the vertical openings in the backdraft panel;

• You can quickly adjust the total airflow between the backdraft and downdraft at the front;

• For heavy-duty welding, the Maxi-Mesa can be equipped with the Flexi FLB 1.5 extraction arm. Thanks to the damper regulator, the total air volume can be divided among the backdraft, downdraft, and extraction arm;

• For heavy grinding, a table top made of vertical iron bars measuring 40 x 5 mm should be used. Particles and hot sparks will fall into the debris drawers.

• Most of the air volume should pass through the backdraft and, if installed, the exhaust arm, to trap the hot smoke, dust, and gases that rise.

• The Maxi-Mesa can be delivered with a tabletop made of iron bars that are 75 mm wide and 15 mm thick. There are extraction slots in the middle.

• The Maxi-Mesa is made of 2- and 3-mm-thick steel sheet. The table height can be adjusted between 800 and 950 mm.

• The side panels can be opened to accommodate long objects. The recommended airflow rate for a 1-meter table is 1,500–2,000 m³/h, and for a 1.4-meter table, 2,000–3,000 m³/h.

• It must be connected to an external ventilation source and exhaust system. The connection has an outer diameter of 199 mm.
